Probate Law Services in Western Massachusetts

We provide services for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship and conservatorships. Attorney Geoffrion has served as an instructor to attorneys and court personnel regarding the new Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code and Uniform Trust Code.

Turn to us for planning services, including drafting your will, a durable power of attorney, and health care proxy documents. 

You will complete a questionnaire that will determine what type of estate planning needs to be done. We will then draw up the paper work, review, and execute the final documentation. When you pass on, we will take the estate through the probate process.
